Devin Lewis-Green is a writer, editor, and aspiring legal professional with a voice rooted in both precision and lyricism. Currently a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Devin combines his legal training with a creative background in literature, client service, and public engagement. He’s the recipient of the Dean's Fellow Award and has been featured in Detroit Legal News for his academic and community impact.
Devin brings editorial experience from literary journals, nonprofit communication work, and publishing houses. Whether crafting legal analyses or creative essays, his work interrogates power, identity, and language with care and clarity. His writing has appeared in WILDsound: Festival for Poetry and various online publications. He thrives in roles that sit at the intersection of advocacy, narrative, and justice—often blurring the lines between them.
